When I first decided to move to Richmond I thought the rental opportunities would be endless. I was wrong. I wasted two weekends looking at terrible apartments. Paul is a dedicated and creative business person. I met him when I needed some help from the other side of the world since I reside in Australia. In December of 2011, I purchased a commercial property in Richmond (Indiana) as a rental investment and it needed a lot of work. Paul did some research and figured out the best way to turn this property into a profitable investment. If it weren’t for Paul, I would have most likely sold the property for a loss.
