When I first decided to move to Richmond I thought the rental opportunities would be endless. I was wrong. I wasted two weekends looking at terrible apartments.  One Sunday afternoon, I hit Google on my phone and searched for rental companies. When I called Renaissance Properties that Sunday afternoon, I couldn’t believe someone even answered. Not only did they answer, they went out of their way to take time to show me apartments that afternoon, because they knew I was from out of town.  I fell in love with my apartment on 4th Street in the Old Richmond historic district. I loved it so much I even got married there!  Renaissance Properties office staff and maintenance crew have been a pleasure to do business with. A work transfer is forcing me to move or I would happily stay. If I could move the entire apartment with me, I would. I am going to miss my home. It’s been a wonderful experience!
