I highly recommend renting from Renaissance Properties. They have a well-earned reputation for having attractive, reasonably priced, well-maintained historic homes and apartments, located in nice neighborhoods. The owner and staff are kind and professional and their skilled maintenance people are always courteous and prompt. I recently started my third year living in one of their beautifully renovated historic Richmond apartments and I couldn’t be happier!
