A native of the Pacific Northwest, Derric originally moved to Richmond IN for graduate studies. While in school he fell in love with life in the midwest! The people are friendly, the pace is relaxing, and Richmond is a welcoming city with a growing economy and accessible city and government officials. On top of that beautiful fall colors are not like anything he’d ever experienced. 20 years later he’s fully acclimated to life as a Hoosier! Before starting with Renaissance Properties, Derric spent time working in higher education administration and managing projects for a few website development firms. Since starting with Renaissance, Derric has focused on real estate sales, project management, client relations and business development. Derric lives in Richmond in a fantastic 1920's bungalow with his lovely wife of 14 years, their 2 amazing children, and 2 rescued shelter dogs. Let Derric put his expertise and experience to work for you in finding your next home or investment property.
